_________Intensity____Quality
Aroma_____ ⚄__________⚄
Fragrant, with juicy limes, and an unmistakable lavender floral fragrance at the onset.
Acidity ____ ⚅__________⚅
A tangy sour of passionfruit, this acidity manages to be both bright while at the same time tactile, reminiscent of biting into passionfruit seeds.
Sweetness ⚄__________⚅
Kiwi-like sweetness - juicy, and at times, fuzzy, from the presence of oxalates;
this nuanced sweetness evolves alongside the acidity into a richer taste of blackcurrants.
Body _____ ⚃__________⚅
The coffee has a medium body, that gives a full and ripe profile to the currant sweetness.
It is generally syrupy in mouthfeel, and carries a complex, unfolding profile well.
Finish_____ ⚅__________⚅
Lingering finish of blackcurrants on the palate. It is a well balanced between ambling tartness of key limes and sweetness, and leaves a powdery sweet floral bouquet on nose.
Notes
I find that coffees whose quality successfully convey from seed to cup exhibit an astonishingly well balanced profile - simply put, multifaceted, and exquisitely smooth.
The Potosi coffee experience is a lime and currant-packed flavor profile.
Bright and tart, and a mellifluent ripe sweetness all in a well-packed body.
