_________Intensity____Quality
Aroma_____ ⚅__________⚄
Upon brewing there is a firm, red aroma of apples and a grape skins.
This intense aroma leaves an ambient feeling of crispness and intenseness.
Acidity ____ ⚄__________⚃
A twang of red cranberry tartness comes in short bursts, which quickly breaks way into a generally fuller and intensified body and sweetness.
Sweetness ⚄__________⚄
The drink borders on the concentrated, rich, darker side of red apple sweetness.
This uniquely inflects into the nose an apple cider crispness in scent as one drinks the coffee.
Body _____ ⚄__________⚄
Resembling dark honey, it is medium bodied, with a nice deep orange color. At all temperatures, the body consistently provides texture to the deep flavors of apple notes
Finish_____ ⚅__________⚃
A long drawn finish that is freshly sweet, but at the same time with faint bitter notes that brings to mind bittersweet caramelization.
Notes
A very rich, flavorful coffee that comes out strong and keeps that rich intensity throughout.
While having a faint bitter note at the end would normally be a matter for concern, here, it perfectly complements the intense and dark sweetness, giving rise to an unexpected twist towards the end that plays off the natural flavor of sweetness of the beans.
