_________Intensity____Quality
Aroma_____ ⚄__________⚄
The coffee has a hue of pinkish red floral aroma on the nose.
It is a remarkably different floral aroma in how it does not affect the taste of the coffee afterwards by giving it the usual floral taste.
Acidity ____ ⚁__________⚂
A mild tartness of semi-ripe, sour grapes exists side-by-side with body and sweet profile.
It goes as quickly as it comes, and the notes drop off into the syrupy mouthfeel.
Sweetness ⚅__________⚄
Clear, candied sweetness of grapes stick to the back of the tongue and mouth.
It brings up memories of the aftertaste of grape-flavored Mentos and Hi-Chew candies.
Body _____ ⚅__________⚄
A thickset, syrupy mouthfeel is present from a relatively denser body from a filtered coffee.
It contains the flavors of the taste profile well, but leaves on some residue towards the finish.
Finish_____ ⚃__________⚃
Primarily based off on a light, white tea, the finish also has some astringency of grape tannins, which provides a contrasting, fuller mouthfeel in a symbiotic relationship.
Notes
Having recently learned about acids in coffee, this coffee is a good illustration of a coffee predominantly led with tartaric acid. Generally, it gives the coffee a grape-like undertone, and also contributes to a rich and creamy body that is often fuller in mouthfeel than others.
This coffee has a good composition of both distinctive aromas and flavors, with a large portion of the drink's notes containing various characteristics of Concord grapes.
The different aspects are very well balanced across the cup of coffee, which makes this a great coffee to try different brewing styles while still being an enjoyable cup regardless.
