_________Intensity____Quality

Aroma_____ __________

Straight off the brew, there are clearly distinguishable floral aromas that come closely connected to a dry aroma of oranges peels.

Acidity ____ __________

There is a surprisingly strong acidity that is sustained over the entire profile of the drink.

It peaks in two waves, first with an upfront stonefruit-like acidity that helps to build into its accompanying sweetness, and then a tang of crisp, juicy oranges in the finish.

Sweetness __________

There is a natural, sweet note of stone fruits, particularly yellow peaches, found in the body.

It stays in the mouth for a noticeably long duration, and may seem to be a bit too cloying.

Body _____ __________

The body leans towards the lighter half of mouthfeel, and flows easily and quickly.

Although, this may have compacted the intense acidity and tasting notes of the coffee.

Finish_____ __________

Finish builds upon the lasting notes of the sweetness. It is punctuated by a kick of orange, before an aftertaste of strongly brewed tea with dry floral or fruity aromas emerge.

Notes

This coffee has an interesting acidity and clearly distinguishable flavor notes, which made for a very enjoyable process in unpacking the profile of tasting notes in the coffee.

Packed full of acidity and flavors, this coffee was straightforwardly pleasant.

A sundry finish of floral and fruit notes brought forward a complex notes that encourage the drinker to take another sip as it leaves room for thought from the drink.
