_________Intensity____Quality
Aroma_____ ⚄__________⚅
There is a rich fullness to the aroma that is pleasant and enjoyable. Red, peachy, and juicy notes stand out as lasting threads of aroma throughout the entire cup.
Acidity ____ ⚄__________⚅
Awash with tart peaches and brightness of malic acid, the acidity is rounded yet vibrant. This allows for a very comfortable experience filled with flavor modulation.
Sweetness ⚅__________⚅
The sweetness holds well alongside the acidity, with rich notes of cherry and berries providing a nice, evenly balanced contrast. and with muscat grape notes towards the end.
Body _____ ⚃__________⚅
The coffee is viscous and creamy, and is just about sufficient to carry the lively flavor profile while still being light-to-medium bodied. It achieves the impressively rare clean and fine balance of flavor and body that is difficult to execute with lighter roasted profile of coffees.
Finish_____ ⚅__________⚅
As a long lasting continuation from the sweetness, the clean finish is sweet of Muscat grapes that amble alongside a bright but comfortable tartness of acerola berries.
Notes
Superbly enjoyable cup of coffee that is well-rounded and brimming with flavor, this coffee exemplifies a light-roasted coffee that is well done to perfection. There is barely any dark, roasted flavors in the body, but at the same time the coffee is well developed in all various aspects from acidity, body, to the aftertaste.
Straightforwardly simple and well conceptualized, is all the attributes that are necessary to make a great coffee, and drinking a sip of this coffee from my first brew immediately brightened up my day.
